This policy describes how REKOATA handles information when you use our iOS and Android app. REKOATA is a productivity tool for vehicle maintenance technicians.

Summary

• No account — no sign-in service or central cloud database for your work.
• Local storage — data stays on your device unless you export a backup.
• No ads — we do not show advertising or sell your data.
• No analytics — we do not send usage data to REKOATA servers.

What we collect

Content you enter (notes, lists, shifts, parts, etc.) is stored locally in an encrypted database on your device. We do not receive it unless you email us for support.

Backups

You may create encrypted backup files from Settings. You choose the passphrase; we cannot recover it. Optional iCloud mirroring on iOS uses Apple’s sync — we do not host that data.

Support email

If you contact us, we receive your message and email address. Do not send passwords or backup passphrases.

Children

REKOATA is for professional maintenance staff, not directed at children under 13.
